Commercial terms

• Base fee: R35 000 and non-negotiable.
• Senior-led professional time: R2 500 per hour.
• Indicative investigation budgets: focused R35 000–R75 000; extended R75 000–R250 000; full-scale R250 000–R1 million or more.
• Completion fee: contingent and negotiable after the initial scope is approved.
• Any contingent component applies only to an eligible non-assurance mandate and is documented in advance with an objective measurement basis and cap.
• The fee structure never changes the evidence, findings or professional conclusions.
• The budget bands are indicative, not fixed quotations. Specialist services, digital forensics, expert evidence, travel and disbursements are quoted separately. VAT treatment is confirmed on the invoice.
