Typical outputs
Best suited to
Boards, owners, legal teams and funders who need facts they can act on.
Bespoke forensic mandates begin with the R35 000 evidence and scoping phase shown below. The resulting investigation plan determines the appropriate team, timetable and budget band. Regulated or reserved work is referred to or coordinated with appropriately authorised specialists where required.
Commercial terms
Indicative investigation budgets
A contained allegation, limited transaction set or single-subject review.
Procurement irregularities, multiple parties, interviews and broader transaction testing.
Multi-workstream corporate or public-sector matters requiring a dedicated team and sustained analytics.
The R35 000 base fee covers confidential intake, an initial evidence review, exposure mapping and the approved investigation plan. The investigation bands are indicative budgets, not fixed quotations. A completion fee may be negotiated for eligible non-assurance recovery or value-realisation mandates. Its amount or percentage, measurement basis and cap are recorded in writing after scoping and never influence the findings. Specialist services, digital forensics, expert evidence, travel and disbursements are quoted separately. VAT treatment is confirmed on the invoice.
